A1: The standard post height is 2.9 meters, with a 300 mm difference between the low point and high point (3.2 meters). Custom heights are also available. The height can be adjusted depending on the vehicle height or property situation.
A2: Yes, we offer installation services in Sydney, Canberra, Newcastle, and the Central Coast area.
A3: If the posts are installed on an existing concrete slab, it takes one day to complete the carport installation. If the posts are installed into soil ground, it takes two days to finish the entire installation.
A4: Yes, we offer shipping Australia wide.
A5: Yes, the carport can be customized to a smaller size. The roof consists of eight sheets, which can be cut and adjusted to maintain an even pattern.
A6: Yes, we provide both standard and custom sizes. If you need assistance with something specific, please feel free to contact us.
A7: We typically use standard concrete cement for post installation into soil ground, as the chemicals in Quick Set concrete can damage the aluminium. While Quick Set concrete allows for faster drying and quicker installation (one day), we prefer to avoid the risks and use standard concrete, completing the job in two days.
A8: Yes, the carport can be a DIY project. We provide a DIY installation video upon purchase and offer continuous support throughout the installation process.
A9: Ideally, the first and second posts should be installed no more than 1 meter from each end for a 5.5-meter-long carport.
